On Election Day, seight Young Philanthropists (YP) knocked on 250 doors in Ward 8 and informed voters of their voting rights, informed them of their polling locations and offered voters’ rides to the polls! It Was Powerful: One 18 year-old young man, who Nicholas Gourdine (YP) gave a ride to. voted for the first time. During his ride, Nick also connected him with his first job opportunity.
